IV:MP / HappinessMP
Liberty City
The old IV:MP community, now on HappinessMP.
This is one GTA IV community. IV:MP is the name it grew under, and HappinessMP is the client it runs on now, for GTA IV: Complete Edition.
IV:MP / HappinessMP
The same city, on a new client.
Liberty City did not start over. Argonath’s GTA IV story began on IV:MP around 2010 and continues on HappinessMP. That is a change of platform for the same community. The old IV:MP client is retired. Join with HappinessMP and a legitimate copy of GTA IV: Complete Edition on Windows. Cars still have weight, the weather still changes the mood, and a bad decision stays with the car.
01
The move
One Liberty City community
Players knew this world as Argonath IV:MP. The same roleplay now runs on HappinessMP, and both names refer to that one community.
02
The client
HappinessMP, Complete Edition
HappinessMP is a multiplayer modification for GTA IV: Complete Edition. Install that client. The retired IV:MP installer will not get you in.
03
The tone
It still feels like GTA IV
Stories here are character-led, and what happened last tends to stick. People come for the boroughs and the weather as much as the jobs.
