How it started.
Vice City is the birthplace of Argonath. The founding platform was MTA:VC, Multi Theft Auto: Vice City, in 2006. VC:MP is a different client, and the one this city runs on now. People pick a car, pick a side, and spend the night with others who have been here since the community began.
